This Techy was incredible. I cracked my phone screen at work on a new iPhone 17 pro max that I didn’t have coverage on. I began panicking searching where to have it fixed. I found this Techy, close to my home, and called to get more info. I was provided with 3 repair options, all of which were affordable. I went in after work, the tech, Carlos was really great. He gave me honest info about the options and didn’t try to upsell me just to make more money. He was also incredibly fast. 15 minutes and my phone was repaired. I also had the pleasure of meeting the owner who was very hospitable and friendly. I definitely recommend Techy and especially this location. It’s really hard to find good customer service and care in the Hialeah/Miami area, so this was a very refreshing experience. I will return here for any tech related need in the future.

Great experience! I went in with a charging issue, and they quickly figured out the problem. The repair was done faster than I expected, and the cost was very reasonable. The staff was friendly and honest, which I really appreciated. My phone is working perfectly now. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for repairs. Highly recommend!
